Keyboard is a 42H1292 keyboard made in 1996. Similar in construction to earlier Lexmark-made keyboards (52G9658, 52G9700, 82G2383) with integrated drainage channels but with "simplified" internal wiring and keyboard controller and smaller LEDs that contrasts from earlier model M keyboards (1985 - 1994). Additional features include permanently attached, straight ps/2 keyboard cable and one-color key printing on key caps, but includes two-piece key caps and key stems.
It would be unfair to call these units as used or refurbished items as they are very clean on exterior and interior surfaces and show zero physical signs of previous use. No additional cleaning was necessary. All items were carefully tested and re-tested. (however, since they are not in their original IBM cardboard boxes, we would neither claim nor sell them as "brand new, never been used) and we are selling at discounted rate.
