serial# 0002542
date 03-06-97

origin  Made in the United Kingdom by IBM United Kingdom Limited, Greenock, Scotland UK

key caps removable = two part key cap + key stem
key switches clicky = buckling spring
condition keyboard is brand new in original IBM box
comments Similar to traditional US 101-keyboard... but German Tastatur models have 102-keys and appropriate symbols for German typing (not also differences in labelling and differences in position of some symbols, Strg = CTRL, Einfg = Insert, Entf = Delete, Pos 1 = home, Ende = end, Bild = Page up/down
comments Item would be a great for the rare IBM collector or for anyone who originally learned to type on a German keyboard and just can’t type correctly on a US model.

Keyboard originally came with early IBM industrial ps/2 computer and color is typically described as IBM industrial gray, but we think that military olive drab is a more accurate description of the color.
